Crystal Extrusion Systems (CES) fabricates aluminum extrusion profiles used in residential and commercial window manufacturing and other aluminum building products. CES is currently expanding and seeking additional customers in the fenestration and building products industries. CES operates a 126,000 square foot facility featuring the following capabilities:

Extrusion

CES extrusion capabilities allow customers to create a broad range of desired profiles:

A 1800 ton 7" Watson Stillman aluminum extrusion press
Standard 6063 aluminum allow
In-house die technician
Over 350 profiles for all window applications
Accessory profiles
Cut lengths from 96" to 300" in mill finish
Tempers available: T4, T5, T52, T6

Designs calling for large circle sizes, thin-walled parts, tight tolerances and very intricate profiles are all successfully extruded by CES with a high quality mill finish.

Surface Finishing

CES' state-of-the-art powder coating system facilitates painting large quantities of aluminum profiles, efficiently and at competitive prices. Finishing equipment accommodates profile lengths up to 22 feet and features:

A 1,600 foot conveyor system (16 feet-per-minute capability)
Five-stage in-line profile wash and pre-treatment system
Climate-controlled environmental room
Two 37-foot Nordson powder coating booths with 16 computer controlled guns
A 248-foot curing oven (maximum cure temperature of 450°F
A horizontal system that facilitates rapid color changes

We carry 20 standard colors including white, bronze, beige, black, and green. Custom colors are also available.

Thermal Breaks

All CES window profiles utilize high-tech polyurethane fill and mill debridging for thermal insulation barrier (or "thermal break") fabrication critical to energy efficient aluminum windows. The fabrication system offers:

An automated thermal fill and debridge line (with 200-feet per minute capability)
Five minute or less dwell time from fill to debridging
Accommodates profiles up to 22-feet in length
