We are a dynamic aluminum extrusion company specializing in the manufacture of profiles used in the residential and architectural building industry. Located outside St. Louis, in Union, Missouri, we employ approximately 35 people at our 126,000 square foot facility.

Design - CES' certified extruders have the capability and CES employees have the expertise necessary to allow customers to create a broader range of desired profiles. Designs calling for large circle sizes, thin-walled parts, tighter tolerances and more intricate profiles are all successfully extruded by CES with a high quality mill finish.

Surface Finishing - CES’ powder coating system facilitates painting large quantities of aluminum profiles, efficiently and at competitive prices. We carry 20 standard colors including white, bronze, beige, black, and green. Custom colors are also available.

Thermal Breaks - All CES window profiles include thermal insulation barrier or "break" fabrication for energy efficient aluminum windows, utilizing high-tech polyurethane fill and mill debridging.

Packaging Services - CES ensures its extrusions arrive in top condition. With select wrapping materials, bundling procedures, special reusable packing racks and paper and foam layering to protect extrusion finishes. CES profiles are transported with the same attention to quality as they are made.
